American operator Mohegan has announced a partnership with AI technology developer Gaming Analytics (GA). As part of the agreement, integrated artificial intelligence solutions will be implemented across all of the brand's land-based casinos.
The first locations selected for the AI rollout are the operator's properties in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Mohegan is currently working to secure all necessary approvals from regulatory authorities.
The agreement stipulates that the gaming company will deploy a full suite of GA's AI-based modules for slot machines and marketing. Another feature will be a host module designed to optimize operations, enhance decision-making processes, and improve guest service quality.
Ray Pine, President and CEO of Mohegan, commented on the deal, stating, "Our partnership with GA was driven by their robust platform, which combines player development tools, campaign management, and corporate coordination in one package. This integration will streamline our operations, increase efficiency, and support our strategic business objectives."
David Martinelli, Chief Marketing Officer of Mohegan, added, "We are focused on developing a unified corporate strategy that complements player development and campaign management. Partnering with GA helps us achieve our goal of providing personalized offerings that enhance guest experiences across all our venues."
Mohegan operates casino resorts in the United States, Canada, and South Korea, and also has an online division. Gaming Analytics is a leading brand in creating AI solutions for the gaming industry, having been established in 2017 and headquartered in San Francisco.
Notably, Mohegan Sun has been recognized as the best hotel-casino in the U.S. for the seventh consecutive year by USA TODAY's 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
