BetMGM has struck a deal with Play’n Go, allowing its customers in New Jersey to access the provider's games. The partnership is not limited to this state, as both companies have announced plans for expansion into other territories across the United States, with Michigan set to be their next target.
Commenting on the agreement, Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer of Play’n Go, noted that his company has only been operating in the U.S. for a few short weeks but has already experienced remarkable growth. He stated, "BetMGM needs no introduction, as it is one of the most trusted names in the U.S. gaming industry. This partnership provides a large audience in New Jersey access to some of the world’s most popular online slots, including Book of Dead."
According to Olsson, Play’n Go is currently experiencing truly "significant times" in North America. The provider recently made its debut at the G2E trade show, and its content has already proven successful in both New Jersey and Ontario. The developer's team is fully focused on becoming the preferred entertainment supplier for casinos in regulated markets throughout the region, similar to its established presence in Europe and Latin America.
Meanwhile, BetMGM has recently launched an innovative advertising campaign led by Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx. The series of marketing spots, titled "It’s On," is presented as an episodic series and is currently airing during NFL's Friday Night Football.
In the first episode, Foxx interacts with various television and sports stars, consulting them on betting prospects. What will unfold in the next episode remains a mystery.
