Kwiff has signed a partnership agreement with Xtremepush, further enhancing its strategy for player engagement and retention. The provider's technology enables the use of personalized event notifications tailored to user profiles.
In addition, Kwiff will benefit from other products offered by Xtremepush, including engagement technologies integrated into the customer data platform. These tools facilitate the rapid delivery of push notifications and incoming web messages.
Thanks to Xtremepush's customer data platform, which features information reception and player segmentation capabilities, Kwiff has already seen a 33% increase in click-through rates for web push notifications, while the click rate for incoming message notifications has risen by 27%.
Kwiff's CEO, Charles Lee, commented, "Kwiff offers a revolutionary product that enhances sports betting and casino mechanics through a personalized gaming experience. Collaborating with Xtremepush allows us to clearly communicate our unique offering and engage with our audience on a deeper level."
Ross O'Connor, Client Success Director at Xtremepush, expressed satisfaction with the collaboration, noting that the partnership has successfully configured the platform for optimal performance, yielding results that significantly exceed industry standards.
In the early stages, Xtremepush provided technical support to Kwiff until the operator assembled its own team of specialists. Earlier this September, Kwiff users gained access to over 200 new slot games following a partnership with Pragmatic Play.
Meanwhile, Xtremepush has recently entered into its own strategic partnership with Gaming Innovation Group.
Additionally, it's worth noting that the new slot game Calavera Crush has been launched by provider Yggdrasil.
