SOFTSWISS Conducts Extensive Study on Customer Attitudes Toward Aggregator Products
The findings revealed that the primary reasons for terminating business relationships include "poor or prolonged resolution of inquiries, insufficient involvement from company representatives in problem-solving, and a lack of additional technical capabilities and functionalities."
During the study, clients were asked to rate various aspects of their relationship with SOFTSWISS on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least important and 10 the most important. SOFTSWISS received "excellent results," with an average score of 8.2 across all parameters.
Tatiana Kaminskaya, head of the SOFTSWISS aggregator, commented on the results: "Such research is incredibly valuable for understanding the direction we need to take to enhance our performance. We are pleased to see that our partners appreciate the work we have done."
She added, "This inspires us to make the Game Aggregator even better. We strive to be a reliable partner for our clients and to provide them with quality service."
In response to the findings, SOFTSWISS reported that 90% of its clients are "satisfied with the products they use." Additionally, over 55% of partners have integrated the Affilka software for tracking affiliate relationships.
In summarizing the research, "a rapidly growing content library, high levels of customer support, and prompt communication" were identified as the main reasons companies choose to collaborate with SOFTSWISS.
