The company GiG has signed a partnership agreement with Merkur
GiG Comply is an automated solution that scans web pages for specific content, including links and prohibited terms related to iGaming. Its built-in "rules engine" analyzes material, alerting operators to any content from partner campaigns that may violate local regulations.
Jonas Warrer, GiG's Chief Marketing Officer, commented, "It is crucial for the GiG Comply program to continue assisting Merkur, as well as our other partners, in maintaining activity and ensuring marketing compliance." Warrer also expressed her company's satisfaction in being able to guarantee that specific websites adhere to regulations and responsible gaming requirements.
Comply allows operators to customize search criteria and "checklist parameters." As a result, the tool can help operators meet compliance requirements across various jurisdictions. This prospect was particularly appealing to Merkur, which operates in several countries, including Germany, where new gambling regulations were recently introduced.
Martin Collins, head of Merkur's affiliate program, stated, "We are committed to always adhering to regulatory requirements. All our brands operate under local licenses, both online and offline." Collins also noted that having GiG Comply as a strategic partner is an excellent starting point for any company in the industry.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Bragg Gaming consolidates all of its group brands under a single name.
