Tom Horn Gaming introduces unlimited paid leave for all employees
This shift away from traditional leave policies is seen as another step in the long-term mission to transform the gaming industry. It is expected to make the company more efficient and attractive to current and prospective employees.
Ondrej Lapides, CEO of Tom Horn Gaming, commented, "Our company thrives on productivity and creativity. This change focuses more on what our employees accomplish rather than the number of hours or days they work. The world is constantly evolving, and we are embracing new challenges with a flexible approach that allows us to find innovative solutions not only in product development but also in how we work and take time off."
The new policy will enable employees to take time off as needed, without fixed dates. This transition is designed to provide an additional level of freedom for all staff members.
Victoria Mikhaylenko, Head of Human Resources at Tom Horn Gaming, stated, "This policy aims to empower our team to better balance their professional and personal lives, leading to increased well-being and job satisfaction. Above all, we value trust and transparency, with a strong focus on results and quality. We believe that this new approach to time off will enhance productivity, encourage employee autonomy, and foster a sense of empowerment."
Previously, we reported that Tom Horn Gaming is set to launch its games in the Czech market through a partnership with Sazka.
