Mahant Dwarka Dass, a resident of the Trivedi camp in Dera Bassi, has won the Lohri Makar Sankranti Bumper Lottery, a victory that has completely transformed his life. Following the announcement of his win, celebrations erupted in the local community, with people gathering at his home to congratulate the new millionaire.

After winning, I plan to give half of the money to my wife and divide the rest equally between my two sons. I've been buying lottery tickets for the last 35 to 40 years, and I feel incredibly lucky to have won such a large prize."
His son, Narender Kumar Sharma, added, "My father gave money to my nephew to buy the lottery ticket. He won, and we are all very happy."
