Baha Mar Casino, located in the Bahamas, has announced a partnership with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI). Under the terms of the agreement, the casino will utilize the QCI platform to enhance operational coordination within the establishment.
The program aims to optimize the gaming experience at Baha Mar by analyzing customer interactions, managing data, and improving machine performance. The rollout of the new system at the casino has already begun, with staff undergoing training on its use.
John Zaremba, Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at Baha Mar, stated, "We are thrilled to implement the Quick Custom Intelligence Platform for our slot machines at Baha Mar Casino. The QCI platform will have a significant impact on our operations. It will also provide us with the tools to make strategic decisions on how to enhance all aspects of the gaming experience."

Baha Mar Casino features over 1,000 slot machines, 18 different types of table games, and live sports betting powered by William Hill. It is part of the largest resort complex in the Bahamas, which also includes a luxury hotel, several restaurants, a spa, a golf course, and a nightclub.
