Progressive software and gaming slot developer BGaming has officially completed the adaptation of its products to meet the requirements set by the German gambling regulator. As a result, the company is now poised to initiate the process of supplying content to operators in Germany.
“BGaming is pleased to announce that the studio has implemented all the technical enhancements required by the German market regulator and is ready to provide its gaming content to local operators,” the company stated in an official press release.
It was also noted that BGaming's range of online slots is now fully compliant with Germany's online gambling regulations. Furthermore, the company has already begun delivering its high-quality games to partners catering to German traffic and providing entertainment to users in Germany.
The enhancements BGaming has integrated into its portfolio for the German market include:
These improvements are expected to facilitate BGaming's further expansion of content in the German region and strengthen the studio's position in regulated markets.
“Thanks to BGaming's agile technical team, we were able to quickly identify the needs of local operators and assist them in navigating regulatory challenges. We are committed to strengthening our relationships with German partners and will continue to provide them with the best content that complies with local legislation,” said Alexander Shavel, Head of Business Development at BGaming.
It is worth noting that following amendments to the new Interstate Treaty on Gambling in 2021, which allowed operators to offer online slots at the federal level, several significant restrictions remained regarding the content that casinos could provide to their users. These regulations pertained to spin duration, betting limits, autoplay features, and other characteristics of online slots.
Additionally, BGaming previously announced the launch of a partnership with Platincasino.
