Light & Wonder has entered into a long-term agreement to expand its collaboration with Blueprint Gaming. This deal will facilitate the integration of the developer's slot game portfolio with the OpenGaming aggregation platform.
Under the four-year agreement, both the existing library of the supplier's slots and future releases will be made available to the operator network of the group. According to representatives from Light & Wonder, this will significantly enhance the content offering on the OpenGaming platform.
Matt Cole, Managing Director of Blueprint Gaming, stated, "Light & Wonder has been a key partner for us for several years, and the OpenGaming platform provides us with enhanced opportunities to deliver our products to operators and players across various markets. With this new agreement, we are well-positioned to remain in the spotlight of the world's leading casino brands."
Among the standout titles from Blueprint that are featured on the OpenGaming platform are games based on popular films and TV shows, including The Goonies, Deal or No Deal, and Rick and Morty. Additionally, slots like Eye of Horus and Fishin' Frenzy continue to enjoy consistent success.
Steve Mace, Director of Digital Partnerships at Light & Wonder, added, "Blueprint Gaming's reputation in the industry is unparalleled. The supplier's games consistently perform at the highest level through the OpenGaming platform." He also expressed confidence that the company's operator partners would be "thrilled" with the expansion of this agreement.
In October 2022, Matt Wilson was appointed as President and CEO of Light & Wonder after serving as interim leader for several months following the departure of Barry Cottle. Following this leadership transition, the company has actively sought new partnerships and refreshed existing agreements.
