Construction has begun on a second casino in the "Siberian Coin" gaming zone. The company "Golden Swallow 8" has started earthworks at the site of the future gaming establishment. The entertainment complex will feature a slot hall, a casino, and a four-star hotel equipped with a fitness center, restaurant, spa, conference hall, and other facilities. The total area of the entertainment complex will exceed 10,000 square meters.
The opening of the slot hall is scheduled for the end of 2020, which will include 300 gaming machines and 10 tables. By 2023, the hotel complex with 150 rooms is expected to be operational. Currently, negotiations are underway with global brands for the construction and ongoing management of the complex. In the final phase, the casino and leisure areas are set to open in 2024.
The announced investment exceeds 3.5 billion rubles, and the opening of the entertainment complex is expected to create 300 jobs in the region.
Each year, the Altai Krai region attracts over 2 million tourists. Currently, the "Siberian Coin" gaming zone is home to one casino, "Altai Palace," which has been in operation since 2014.
