DraftKings has opened a sportsbook at Boot Hill Casino & Resort
Diane Jardin, General Manager of Boot Hill Casino & Resort, expressed her excitement about the new sportsbook, stating, "We are thrilled to announce the opening of the DraftKings sportsbook. This is a place for sports enthusiasts. Here, you can watch your favorite games while enjoying a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming sports fans and providing them with unforgettable experiences."
The Senior Director of Retail Sportsbooks at DraftKings remarked, "It's gratifying to see our plans for bringing the innovative DraftKings mobile app to life, complemented by an in-person experience at our new retail sportsbook located in Boot Hill Casino & Resort."
The grand opening celebration, held in partnership with Butler National, spanned two days and featured appearances by former athletes, including ex-football players Neil Smith and Brian Goolsby.
Chris Ridi, Chief Operating Officer of Butler National Corporation, acknowledged the support from Kansas lawmakers, administration, and regulatory bodies, saying, "We thank them for timely providing this opportunity. We believe the DraftKings retail sportsbook will further enhance tourism and travel in Western Kansas."
Boot Hill Casino & Resort boasts over 700 slot machines, 18 table games, five poker tables, and a casual dining restaurant with 150 seats known as Firesides at Boot Hill, along with Wild Bill’s bar and Cowboy Cafe.
