LeoVegas Group Enhances Gambling Safety in Sweden and Denmark
This initiative follows the company's success in the UK market, where the implementation of "smart" customer monitoring in the fall of 2021 led to increased usage of responsible gaming tools. Many users reduced their deposit limits and bet sizes. Now, LeoVegas Group is ready to apply artificial intelligence in the Swedish and Danish markets.
In a statement, LeoVegas Group expressed: "We are pleased that our efforts to provide customers with responsible gaming conditions have yielded excellent results. Personalized messages have proven particularly effective. Their implementation, combined with the use of artificial intelligence, has led to a sustained increase in the use of various safe gaming tools, positively impacting our UK customers."
Representatives from LeoVegas Group added: "We have decided to take this further by adopting a similar approach to player engagement in Sweden and Denmark. Artificial intelligence will now analyze their actions and behaviors. At-risk customers will receive personalized messages with helpful information and guidance on using responsible gaming tools. Our company is confident that this will make gambling in Sweden and Denmark safer."
Additionally, it is worth noting that earlier, provider Pragmatic Play entered into an agreement with Hollywoodbets to expand its operations in Africa.
