Gaming1, a prominent provider based in Belgium, has entered into a new agreement with Maxima Compliance. The gaming equipment supplier previously collaborated with Maxima's subsidiary, ComplianceOne, which offers compliance services for a range of products. This latest deal will allow them to continue their partnership in the North American market.
Sergio Suarez Garcia, Vice President of Technical Compliance at Maxima Compliance, stated, "Gaming1 has been a long-standing partner of Maxima Compliance. Our two companies have grown together, navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape. We look forward to continuing this relationship, as together we can seize new opportunities in the rapidly evolving U.S. market and help provide a strategic advantage to operators utilizing Gaming1's technology."
This expansion into the U.S. means that operators working with Gaming1 globally will gain access to the provider's technology and expertise, enabling them to enter new regulated markets.
Thibaut Collard, Compliance Director at Gaming1, added, "We have been closely collaborating with Maxima Compliance in regulated jurisdictions for several years. Therefore, we wanted them on board as Gaming1 begins its expansion into North America. We aim to offer our operator partners the best compliance support in the U.S., allowing them to advance into states with new regulations faster than their competitors. Together with Maxima Compliance, we are confident we can achieve this."
Thanks to this partnership, Gaming1 has already made significant strides across North America. In September of last year, the supplier launched its own site in Arkansas, where it also debuted a virtual sportsbook on the online platform of Southland Casino Racing. This regional launch provided players throughout the state with the opportunity to place sports bets on the Southland Casino Racing website, as well as through iOS and Android apps.
Previously, we reported that game developer Gaming Corps is set to enter Belgium through an agreement with Casino Napoleon.
