In anticipation of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Endorphina has launched its new slot game, Football: 2022, designed to appeal to fans of the sport.
This 5-reel, 3-row slot features 10 fixed paylines and a variety of themed symbols, including football boots, red and yellow cards, a stopwatch, goalkeeper gloves, and traditional card values. The trophy acts as the Wild symbol, capable of substituting for all other symbols to create more winning combinations. Additionally, whenever the Wild contributes to a winning line, it doubles the payout.
The bonus game is triggered when Scatter symbols appear on both the first and fifth reels simultaneously. The Scatter can be represented by the flag of any of the 32 countries participating in the World Cup. Players compete for the country whose flag appears on the first reel, while the opponent is the country represented by the flag on the fifth reel.
Each round of the bonus game consists of two steps. First, the player selects where to aim in the goal, followed by a penalty kick. Next, the player chooses which part of the goal to defend, and the opponent takes their shot. Prizes are awarded for each goal scored and each save made. A minimum of five rounds is played, increasing the chances of winning, but the prize is only awarded if the player wins the penalty shootout. The slot also includes an option to purchase the bonus game.
Additionally, Football: 2022 features a progressive jackpot, allowing even players who place minimum bets the chance to win big.
