PAGCOR Reports Record Growth in Net Profit for the First Nine Months of 2025
For the reporting period from January to September, PAGCOR's total income amounted to ₱84.09 billion ($115.2 million), compared to ₱79.43 billion ($108.82 million) in the previous year. Gaming operations remained the cornerstone of the organization’s revenue, contributing ₱75.93 billion ($104.02 million). Additional services and other sources added ₱8.16 billion ($11.18 million).
PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco stated that these results reflect the success of ongoing reforms. He added, “Our financial performance clearly demonstrates PAGCOR’s renewed focus on management and digital transformation.”
The Philippine regulator increased its total contributions to national development by 11% to ₱54.26 billion ($74.34 million). Approximately two-thirds of this amount was allocated to the national budget in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1869. PAGCOR also paid ₱3.79 billion ($5.19 million) in franchise taxes and ₱609.87 million ($835,500) in corporate income tax. Additionally, the corporation allocated ₱11 billion ($15.07 million) for socio-cultural projects.
Tengco reaffirmed PAGCOR's commitment to balancing growth with societal development goals. He stated, “Every peso earned by PAGCOR is returned to the people through the construction of educational institutions, medical facilities, disaster relief programs, and other community projects. Our mission is to maintain this momentum while ensuring the responsible operation of the gaming industry and its contribution to national development.”
It is worth noting that PAGCOR previously announced record profits for the Philippine gaming industry in the first half of 2025.
