A leading global provider of entertainment for regulated markets is accelerating its expansion in North America with the launch of a project in New Jersey. The state's Division of Gaming Enforcement has granted the studio the right to offer its premium content portfolio to local operators.
The first operator to feature Play’n GO slots will be PokerStars. As a result, players in New Jersey can now enjoy the provider's world-class titles, including Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead, Reactoonz, Rise of Olympus, Legacy of Dead, and many more.
Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer of Play’n GO, stated, "We previously announced our plans to bring our world-class entertainment to regulated markets across North America. The launch in New Jersey, shortly after receiving our license in Michigan, underscores our serious intentions."
Olsson also expressed excitement about the opportunity to operate in New Jersey, a state long synonymous with gaming. He believes that the region today serves as a benchmark for a well-regulated market, providing players with fantastic experiences in a safe and responsible manner.
Play’n GO aims to become the preferred partner for operators in regulated states across North America. While the New Jersey launch is a significant step, the company representative hopes to enter additional markets in the region soon.
Play’n GO made its U.S. debut in July 2022, obtaining its first provisional internet gaming supplier license from Michigan. At that time, the provider's CEO, Johan Tornqvist, described the event as a "milestone moment" for the developer. Just a month later, the supplier has already expanded its reach to New Jersey, demonstrating a relatively rapid pace of growth.
Additionally, it is worth noting that Kalamba is now operating in Ontario in partnership with Bragg Gaming.
