As part of its expansion into Africa, popular iGaming content provider Pragmatic Play has signed an agreement with online bookmaker Soccabet in Ghana. The deal encompasses a range of offerings, including slots (such as Sugar Rush and Gates of Olympus), live games (like Mega Wheel and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand), and virtual sports (including horse racing, darts, and football). These products will significantly enhance Soccabet's portfolio.
Irina Kornides, the Chief Operating Officer of Pragmatic Play, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, stating it was exciting to kick off operations in Ghana with a respected local operator. She added, "As we expand our presence in regulated markets worldwide, Pragmatic Play is thrilled to make our globally popular slots, live casino games, and virtual sports available to an even broader audience."
Soccabet's General Manager, Imad Hawah, also shared his excitement about the deal, praising the high-quality and diverse portfolio of Pragmatic Play's titles. He emphasized that players will enjoy an exceptional gaming experience, noting that Pragmatic Play's innovative approach has significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and enjoyment.
This new agreement is not Pragmatic Play's first in Ghana; the company previously established a multi-year partnership with PrideBet. Additionally, Pragmatic Play has teamed up with 10Bet in South Africa and has been increasingly active in the region as a whole.
The company's expansion efforts are also underway on other continents. In Latin America, Pragmatic Play has secured a deal with Vem Betar, and in the Canadian province of Ontario, it has partnered with operator Bet365.
Meanwhile, International Entertainment is acquiring 382 gaming machines for the New Coast Hotel Manila.
