Silverton Casino Entices Birthday Celebrants with Free Drinks
"It's your birthday. For us, it's an excuse for a happy hour," the Silverton website explains. The requirements to participate are minimal: guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, and the group size should range from 3 to 12 people.
The primary clientele for Silverton and its closest competitor, South Point, consists of local residents. This is largely due to their locations; the famous Strip is about three miles away, where the bulk of tourist traffic is concentrated. The casino acknowledges this and even incorporates it into their advertising: "You’ve chosen a spot in Vegas off the Strip, and Silverton has the same hot new slot machines—and beloved classics—as the high-end mega-resorts on the Boulevard. In fact, we’re said to have the best slots in Vegas."
The gaming floor at Silverton spans approximately 6,000 square feet and features 1,100 slot machines, a couple of dozen table games, as well as race betting and services from William Hill's sportsbook. Additionally, Silverton is home to Nevada's first Lightning Link Lounge, a dedicated gaming area with eight Lightning Link machines and 17 Dragon Link machines. These terminals are interconnected to accelerate the growth of the progressive jackpot.
In addition to launching this new promotion, the casino is also renovating its hotel. The $45 million (approximately 3.88 billion rubles) renovation will affect 300 rooms.
