Soft2Bet, a software developer for online casinos and sportsbooks, has revealed its financial results for 2023, reporting a 46% increase in revenue compared to 2022. This growth is largely attributed to the success of its Motivation Engineering Gamification Application (MEGA) platform.
Throughout the past year, Soft2Bet maintained strong sales performance in both the B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) surged by 207%, with MEGA accounting for 60% of the company’s total gross gaming revenue.
The Motivation Engineering Gamification Application is designed to offer players highly gamified products, enhancing user engagement through added entertainment value.
Soft2Bet's CEO, Yuri Polyavich, commented on the impressive financial results, stating, "We are already building partnerships with both new and existing friends and expanding into North America. This year, we will provide our partners with even more game-changing solutions." He also emphasized the company's commitment to achieving these and even higher results in 2024.
Soft2Bet's partners have also reported financial growth, with average revenue per player increasing by 70%. Given these positive outcomes, the company plans to continue modernizing and expanding the MEGA product, as well as enhancing its core platform. Another focus area will be the further integration of artificial intelligence and other technological solutions into its offerings.
Soft2Bet's successes are evident not only in the online gambling market but also in the sports betting sector, where operational growth reached 300% by the end of 2023. The company operates in Italy, Sweden, Romania, Greece, and other countries.
In parallel, the developer is preparing for a more significant entry into the North American market, specifically the United States, where sports betting is regulated in 40 states and online casinos in 7, as well as in Canada and Mexico.
Notably, the Swedish gambling market's revenue exceeded 27 billion kronor in 2023.
