Suntrust Resort Holdings has announced the timeline for the completion of the largest casino resort in Manila
As of December 31, 2024, all major construction work has been completed, including the installation of structural elements up to the roof level. Key engineering systems such as ventilation, water and electrical supply, and fire protection have also been installed. Currently, testing and commissioning of all equipment are underway.
Finishing and landscaping work is ongoing, along with improvements to the surrounding area. Company representatives emphasized that the project is advancing according to the current planning phase.
The new casino will offer a wide range of entertainment options for both mass-market and VIP segments. The gaming floor will feature 281 tables, 1,126 slot machines, and 134 electronic games. This project aims to strengthen Manila's position as a key hub for gaming tourism in Asia and attract additional investment to the Philippine economy.
Once completed, the hotel-casino will be one of the largest in the region, featuring 475 luxury rooms, a terrace with a swimming pool, and a spa and wellness center with panoramic views of Manila Bay. An event hall accommodating 550 people will also be part of the complex.
The entertainment infrastructure will include two theaters, an amphitheater, a dining and shopping gallery, and four cinemas. Guests will have access to parking facilities for over 1,000 vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Philippines has officially opened the Bloomberry resort-casino, valued at $1 billion.
