Lottoland has announced that it has reached a milestone of 20 million customers worldwide, marking significant growth for the company over the past five years. Currently, Lottoland operates in 15 markets and has gained 2.5 million new customers in just the last year. This expansion is attributed to its diverse portfolio of global lottery offerings, which includes major instant jackpots and international draws.
A key driver of the company's recent growth has been the launch of KenoGo, which features the largest jackpot in the world. Since its introduction, the prize pool has been increasing by 15% each month, currently exceeding $100 million (approximately 10.25 billion rubles).
CEO Nigel Birrell stated, "Back in 2013, Lottoland became the first company in the sector to create its own insurance model. This allows us to continuously offer our customers new products and record jackpots."
Lottoland is also focused on expanding its presence in Latin America. To this end, the operator applied for a license to enter Brazil's federally regulated market in August 2024. Company representatives reported annual growth in this region and anticipate further expansion following approval from regulatory authorities.
Another factor contributing to growth is the use of artificial intelligence to optimize player support. The AI chatbot, Lopetto, has reduced the workload of customer support staff by 3,600 hours and increased customer retention rates by 27% in markets such as Germany, Austria, and Brazil.
Additionally, it is worth noting that Spinomenal has announced a partnership with the Gibraltar-based operator Lottoland.
