Pragmatic Play has announced the opening of a specialized live casino studio in the Austrian capital, Vienna. This studio has been created exclusively for the win2day platform, which is operated by the state-owned Austrian Lotteries. The new facility aims to enhance the brand's presence in the live dealer casino segment.
The uniquely designed studio features a range of high-quality tables for blackjack, roulette, and the exclusive game show Crazy Prater Rad. All products are styled to align with the win2day brand and are tailored for the Austrian audience. This initiative is expected to boost customer engagement at the casino and create a familiar atmosphere for players.
The platform operator has also gained access to Pragmatic Play's flagship game lineup. The win2day catalog now includes popular titles such as Mega Roulette, Mega Wheel, and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, among other globally recognized hits. According to Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer of Pragmatic Play, the establishment of the studio "reflects the company's commitment to innovation and delivering the best solutions for both operators and players."
Martin Skoppek, a board member of Austrian Lotteries, added, "The launch of this project not only expands the entertainment options for win2day customers but also has a social impact. The opening of the studio will create up to 150 new jobs in Vienna."
This project marks the next phase in the partnership between Pragmatic Play and win2day, which began in 2023 with the integration of a range of slot games. Since then, the collaboration has continually expanded, covering more areas, including live casino offerings and unique shows tailored to the local market.
Additionally, Pragmatic Play is set to enter the Belgian and Dutch markets through an agreement with Bingoal.
