The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa in Florida has completed a $65 million renovation. The extensive upgrades included the expansion of gaming areas and the return of the popular Fresh Harvest Buffet. The new dining hall, which opened today, is located in the space previously occupied by a food court. It features 350 slot machines with denominations ranging from $0.01 to $5, and maximum bets of up to $100.
Another significant development for the venue is the reopening of the Fresh Harvest Buffet. The buffet, which had been closed due to pandemic restrictions, is now once again available to guests. Its reopening has created 200 new jobs, bringing the total number of casino employees to 4,293. The Seminole Hard Rock Tampa remains one of the largest employers in the region, playing a vital role in the local economy.
Among the slots featured in the new gaming area are several well-known titles, including Phoenix Link, Lightning Dollar Link, Dragon Link, and Huff ‘N Puff Money Mansion. These machines collectively awarded players at the casino 10 jackpots exceeding $1 million in 2024.
The renovations also included upgrades to the hotel itself, with more than a quarter of the 802 rooms now designated as non-smoking. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of guests' stays and prioritize their health.
Hard Rock Tampa continues to expand its gaming offerings. In recent years, the casino has introduced sports betting, live roulette, and craps. The operator, the Seminole Tribe, is the largest player in Florida's gaming industry and is actively developing its infrastructure to maintain its leadership in the sector.
Additionally, Hard Rock has provided updates on the construction of a permanent hotel-casino in Bristol.
