The Seven Clans Casino, located in Warroad, Minnesota, has announced the completion of its gaming area expansion, which began in May of last year. The project, which cost $12.4 million (over 940 million rubles), will officially open on March 17, 2023, with a special guest appearance by local hockey legend Henry Boucha.
The expansion features an additional 8,000-square-foot gaming hall with 100 new machines, as well as a new entrance to the casino's gaming floor. Additionally, a sports restaurant and bar, Pucks & Pints, has been introduced. This venue boasts numerous televisions and gaming machines, allowing patrons to enjoy meals and drinks at the bar. A stage for local bands and DJs is also situated nearby.
Angela Dufresne, CEO of Red Lake Gaming Enterprises, remarked, "COVID-19 slowed down the expansion work, but this project was worth the wait." She emphasized that the new architectural details have made the casino one of the most beautiful in Minnesota.
Mike Pankow, General Manager of Seven Clans Warroad and a key figure in the expansion project, expressed his excitement: "We can't wait to see our valued guests and new visitors experience everything that Seven Clans Casino in Warroad has to offer. We aim to remain one of the most unique gaming destinations in Northern Minnesota."
Seven Clans Warroad, situated on Lake of the Woods in Northern Minnesota, has been in operation for nearly 26 years. The facility underwent a major renovation in September 2014 and now offers a 60-room hotel, a gaming floor with over 680 machines, three restaurants, and conference facilities.
