From November 13 to 17, 2023, Malta will host the annual Malta Week summit, organized by SiGMA. The event is expected to bring together 25,000 delegates and 750 operators, featuring over 200 speakers and showcasing more than 100 startups with their latest innovations and initiatives.
Malta's gaming industry has been a success story, experiencing two decades of growth. It currently contributes directly to over 8% of the country's GDP and employs around 10,000 people, accounting for approximately 4% of total employment. This makes Malta an ideal location for SiGMA's international summits in Europe.
Participants at this five-day event can look forward to a variety of activities, including cultural and sporting events, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and the iGathering dinners, which provide excellent opportunities for networking in a relaxed atmosphere. An exclusive high-roller poker tournament will also take place at the Portomaso Casino.
Those interested in attending SiGMA Europe can register online, choosing from three options: Standard, Premium, and Platinum. The promo code CASINORU25 offers a 25% discount on ticket purchases.
The summit will feature speakers not only from the gaming industry but also from the government, including Malta's Prime Minister Robert Abela and Minister for Economy, Funds, and Lands Silvio Schembri.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Finance of Curaçao will co-host a summit at the Marriott Beach Resort in collaboration with SiGMA.
