Tigre de Cristal Doubles Points for VIP Players
The Cristal Privilege Club loyalty program is an internal rewards system designed for the casino's regular customers. Each member of the "Crystal Club" enjoys a range of benefits not available to regular players. The higher the card status, the more rewards and privileges VIP clients can access.
While playing on slot machines or at any table, VIP club members present a special card to accumulate points. These points can then be exchanged for various gifts or services, whether it’s branded souvenirs or a fine dining experience at the restaurant. There are four VIP statuses: Ruby, Opal, Sapphire, and Diamond.
All loyalty program participants can redeem their accumulated points for promotional tickets, hotel stays, and complimentary games. VIP players also receive dining discounts ranging from 10% to 40%, depending on their status. Furthermore, clients at the Sapphire and Diamond levels have access to personalized offers and rewards from the casino management.
