Yggdrasil Gaming, a prominent developer and content provider in the iGaming industry, is advancing its ambitions for expansion in Latin America. The company has recently secured approval from local regulatory authorities to launch its games in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The stamp of approval from the Lotería de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (LOTBA) will enable Yggdrasil Gaming to offer its extensive portfolio of slot games to operators in the South American capital, where the online gaming market opened in early 2021.
Local users will have access to high-performing and proven content from the provider, which includes slots featuring Yggdrasil's unique mechanics as well as titles from the YG Masters program.
This newly granted license signifies that Yggdrasil Gaming can further expand its presence in the gambling markets of Latin America. The provider made its debut in this region last year after launching its content in Colombia.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2023, Yggdrasil aims to focus on further expanding its portfolio and market reach as part of its ambitious growth strategy.
Björn Krantz, CEO of Yggdrasil Gaming, stated, "Receiving the license to supply our content in Buenos Aires is a significant milestone for the company and a fantastic start to 2023."
Previously, we reported that Yggdrasil Gaming is also expanding into Germany.
